Anyone know of a place to store luggage (maybe a carry-on sized rolling suitcase or small duffle bag) in downtown DC, near the white house/capitol building area? I heard of union station, but was wondering if there are others? How many lockers are available there and what sized bag would they accommodate? cost to rent? thanks.

Someone suggested Union Station but that's not close to the White House unless you're taking a cab/metro back to that locker.. Directly by the White House there isn't anything. (same at the musuems, they don't store stuff) I think you're better off leaving the items in your room and maybe picking them up after the tour.
